Competitive salary package: The annual gross salary is at least EUR 80,000 plus bonus. Of course, there is the willingness for overpayment, based on previous experience and qualifications.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts, in particular development, supply and purchasing contracts
Supporting the parent company and relevant subsidiaries in legal matters with a focus on contract law
Leading of contract negotiations at national and international level
Support in legal disputes, especially concerning customer or supplier complaints and claims
Legal support for various projects
Further development of internal processes, guidelines and training courses based on legal and regulatory requirements
Acting as contact person for internal and external parties and stakeholders
Completed university degree in (business) law in the DACH region
At least seven years of work experience with a focus on contract law as in-house counsel in an international operating law firm or an industrial company
Expertise in international (cross border) contract law
Know-how in the negotiation of contracts at national and international level
Project Management skills, including the coordination of internal and external teams
Business acumen and integral understanding of contracts in a commercial / economic context
Ability to work in a team, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills in a diverse and collegial global working environment
Expertise in the field of Intelectual Property is an USP
Business fluent in German and English necessary
