Legal Advisor / Senior Legal Advisor (f/m/d)

Tasks:

Embedded in an international team, you will be responsible for the following areas at the Vienna location in this stand-alone position in this company:

• Act as legal generalist in day-to-day business across EMEA, USA, China and Brazil: review and drafting of contracts, ad hoc legal advice, drafting and review of general guidelines as well as legal opinions;
• Corporate housekeeping: coordinate internal and external bodies (notaries, lawyers, authorities), review and preparation of necessary documents for the implementation of company-relevant changes as well as ensuring structured and up-to-date data availability;
• Claims management: handle and advice on complex disputes and claims;
• Insurance: handling insurance claims and support management of the insurance portfolio.
