Legal Business Analyst (m/f/d) in Banking Contracts Law - Join Our Team as a Legal Business Analyst!

We are currently looking for a motivated and focused Legal Business Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our legal operations team. You will be working directly with one of our international banking clients. If you have an interest in (financial) contracts, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and possess a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Wir suchen

• A degree in law or a closely related field (LLB will suffice, LLM and other postgraduates welcome)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in the review and interpretation of contracts

• Knowledge of legal and financial instruments, especially credit claims, trade finance, and ABS contracts are an advantage

• Previous working experience related to the review of contracts, in a credit institution or a law firm are an advantage

• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required, French an advantage

• Proficiency in contract management systems and tools, such as FrontArena, is highly desirable

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Wir erwarten

• Conduct detailed reviews and revisions of financial contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and enforceability

• Analyze and manage credit claims, including documentation and regulatory alignment

• Review of agreements in Trade Finance and other structured finance products (sounds more difficult than it is)

• Provide guidance on collateral documentation and Asset-Backed Securities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address contractual issues and mitigate risks effectively
