Legal Counsel (f/m/d)

to strengthen its growing production site in the central region of Upper Austria.

The annual gross salary for this exciting role is at least EUR 65,000. There is a willingness to overpay depending on previous experience and training.

The tasks

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating several different contracts
Supervision of legal proceedings
Advise and support of other departments and subsidiaries concerning legal issues
Cooperation with external business partners and authorities
Support of the strategic development of the legal department
Management of company investments
Organization and conduct of internal company training courses

The profile

Completed studies in law
At least 3 years of experience in the legal department of an (international) company or a law firm
Strong communication skills in German and English
Motivated, committed, and confident team player
Integrity and willingness to learn
Solution-oriented, structured, and conscientious way of working
