We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Contract Law Expert to support our client’s legal affairs in the Northern Italian area of Trentino-South Tyrol, in close proximity to the Garda Lake. Our client, an international manufacturing company with roots in the DACH-region, is known for its leading solutions in a growing and non-cyclical sector.

Competitive salary package: The annual gross salary is at least EUR 77,000 plus bonus. Of course, there is the willingness for overpayment, based on previous experience and qualifications.
Your (future) tasks
Legal consultancy for customer and supplier contracts
Leading of contract negotiations at national and international level
Support in legal disputes, especially concerning customer or supplier complaints and claims
Drafting and revision of various legal documents such as contracts and policies
Project work and management
Acting as contact person for internal and external parties and stakeholders
Collaboration with internal divisions to resolve legal issues
Requirements
Degree in Law or Business Law from a university
Admission to the bar is a competitive advantage
At least six years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
Expertise in international (cross border) contract law
Know-how in the negotiation of contracts at national and international level
Project Management skills, including the coordination of internal and external teams
Business acumen and integral understanding of contracts in a commercial / economic context
Knowledge of insurance matters advantageous
Business fluent in English (at least on C1 level) and good German skills (B1 or higher); proficiency in other languages beneficial, especially Italian (C1 or higher)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Self-confident, solution-orientated, and dedicated personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make pragmatic decisions, work independently and deal with a wide range of stakeholders
Organized, accurate and structured working method
Willingness to travel occasionally (max. 10%)
